I have 3 months and 2 days to lose 30 pounds. Who thinks I can do it?!
I’m literally about to cry because of my weight. I’ve gained nearly 12 pounds. How did I let this happen again. I’m so mad at myself. What am I doing…I’m just making my body more and more unhealthy and gross.
I’m not supposed to have any unhealthy carbs or starches like bread and potatoes on this diet, and I got a craving for fries. I switched sweet potatoes with carrots and baked them with some olive oil! They taste AMAZING! Try this healthier option!

I can literally feel my abs. They’re just under fat that I need to get rid of.. Anyone know any fat burning exercises or foods I should try?
